Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with Minitab
Online Lean Six Sigma training covering the complete ASQ Black Belt Body of Knowledge. This course covers the Six Sigma D-M-A-I-C methodology, Design of Experiments and contains integrated Lean tools and techniques, with all content available online in an asynchronous format. Lean content includes coverage of: Value Stream Mapping, Continuous Flow & Little’s Law, Level-loaded Processing, Quick Changeovers, Pull Scheduling Systems, 5-S, Standardized Work, Kaizen and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Numerous case studies and examples focus on Service, Business Process, and Manufacturing applications. This course is designed to support Minitab data analysis software (must be purchased separately), and also includes downloadable Excel templates.
