The Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control methodology is presented with numerous case studies and examples drawn from service, business process, and manufacturing applications. Including facility insurance, mortgage lending, and banking, and administrative functions common to corporate operations. The financial course retains examples that are commonly experienced, e.g., customer service processes, or that do not lend themselves to financial administration applications, e.g., gage repeatability and reproducibility assessments.
