Description: The processes used to bridge the accountability gap between teachers, students, and parents at Scotts Elementary are key to student and school success. These processes include the development of essential curriculum, classroom, and student level PDSAs, student-led conferencing, and ongoing common formative assessments.
Your foundation for process success is the purposeful collaboration of parents, students, and teachers in an effort to raise student achievement. At the core of the process is the understanding of the leadership team's role in ensuring the fidelity of the change in behaviors required to shift from a teaching-centered to a learning-centered environment.
