The School Support Services of Mayfield City Schools were a part of the quality journey since its inception. They are an integral component of the quality initiative, as well as an essential component in high student achievement. During the last three years, the buildings and grounds team (53 support employees) enlisted a systems approach to responding to, cleaning, and maintaining safe and healthy environments in and out of classrooms.
This systems approach aligns with the district goal, "Safe and Caring Learning Environment." It brought about a culture of collaboration and a realization that everyone contributes to student achievement.
We walk you through our quality journey and explain our processes and the importance of communication. We also look at the results of data collection and the effect it has on daily operation and student achievement.
