This is an online, self-paced course that aims at refreshing the participant’s knowledge in preparation for ASQ’s Certified Quality Technician (CQT) Exam. It is developed from and follows the sequence of ASQ’s body of knowledge for the CQT exam. It has 6 modules that you can study in any order:
1. Quality Concepts and Tools
2. Statistical Techniques
3. Metrology and Calibration
4. Inspection and Test
5. Quality Audits
6. Preventive and Corrective Action
Each module also has exercises and practice questions which will help you assess your understanding of the course content. Practice questions also appear as a full assessment (100 questions) at the end of the course, which participants can take in order to evaluate themselves. The content is text and graphic-based. There is NO AUDIO included in this course.
