Description:ISO 9001 and other international standards require the appointment of a management representative who is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the company's system, interfacing with the third-party registrars and reporting on the system's effectiveness to management. Many newly appointed management representatives need to develop the skills necessary to support the organization and drive continual improvement.
